We know things can change, so in the event that you can no longer attend the performance of ANASTASIA on your chosen date, processes have been implemented to provide a stress-free exchange experience.

Regent Theatre Melbourne customers: to request an exchange, submit your request [HERE] or call 1300 11 10 11 (option 3) during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am – 5pm

Important Information:

  • Requests must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled performance.
  • Only one exchange per event is permitted.
  • A $9.80 exchange fee per ticket applies, up to a maximum of $29.40 per transaction.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and must be for tickets of equal value to the original purchase.
  • If exchanging to higher-priced tickets, you’ll pay the difference in price plus the applicable exchange fees. A credit for your original tickets will then be applied.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be granted after the deadline or after the performance date, unless required by law.
  • Exchanges may also be possible if the performance is postponed or rescheduled.

We can only assist customers who purchased tickets through Ticketek, the authorised ticket seller for all Marriner Group venues (Regent Theatre, Comedy Theatre, Princess Theatre, and Forum Melbourne), or through approved partners.

If you purchased tickets through another seller, please contact them directly.

For Melbourne, the authorised ticket sellers are Ticketek and Marriner Group.

We also work in partnership with TIX Group.Customers are encouraged to avoid buying tickets through unauthorised third-party websites that sell secondary tickets, as there is no guarantee the tickets will be valid for entry at the venue. This includes unauthorised re-sellers such as Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Queen of Tickets, or similar.

ANASTASIA runs for approximately 2 hours and 25 minutes, including a 20-minute interval. Show times are subject to change. 

ANASTASIA is recommended for ages 8yrs and older. All persons under 16yrs must be accompanied and sit alongside the accompanying adult.
